4. DEPOSIT DEADLINE IS DEC 26, 2023. IF INITIAL $500 PER PERSON DEPOSIT IS NOT RECEIVED BY DEC 26, 2023 reservation is not guaranteed, SEATS ARE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS WITH LIMITED AVAILABILITY. Deposit of $500 per person will lock in SEAT AND rates SHOWN IN THIS PAGE.

AMANDA & JIMMY HAVE contracted rates specially for THE wedding group. It is important the entire wedding group is booked together as it affects planning, organization, and security of a large scale PRIVATE event. This will be a closed affair unopen to the public. If reservations are booked outside of the CONTRACTED group, a charge of $175 usd per person per event will be applied to attend private functions.

STEP 2: REVIEW TERMS & CONDITIONS

This IS a group travel booking and requires all guests to confirm their attendance by making The 1ST NON-REFUNDABLE Inital deposit of $500 per person by DEC 26, 2023 to secure YOUR SEATS. Guests who do not deposit by DEC 26, 2023 will not be guaranteed space or rate and will be subject to availability at time of booking. All deposits are non refundable AND WILL ONLY BE CHARGED IF SPACE IS GUARANTEED. certain room categories have limited numbers and will be on a first come first serve basis.
Final payments are due JUNE 1, 2024. Same credit card provided at inital rsvp submission will be charged the balance of the reservation unless otherwise indicated or contact made with beach bouquet prior to this date. PLEASE EMAIL BOOKING@BEACHBOUQUET.CA TO MAKE ANY PAYMENT ADJUSTMENTS.
once deposits & final payments are authorized, reservations are non REFUNDABLE. travel interruption insurance is highly recommended as well as travel medical insurance for your VACATION. it is guests RESPONSIBILITY to ensure adequate insurance is purchase for pre, during, and, post vacation. travel information cannot be changed or is subject to fees for any possible changes, please ensure all spelling and names and birthdates is exactly as shown on passport to avoid later disappointment or change fees in cases where changes may be permitted of $250 per change plus fare difference.
Declined credit cards will be assessed a $25 processing fee each time a transACtion is declined. If final payments are declined, RESERVATIONS may result in cancellation.
